Lexus Middle East

The goal was to enhance the Lexus Middle East digital presence for an immersive exploration of models. Introducing the brand attributes and increasing trust in the brand was one of the main client requirements.

I've led the creative team into designing the website into a seamless blend of luxury and motion, incorporating videos and content animation and transitions on every page for a dynamic journey through Lexus' offerings.

The focus was set on interactivity, allowing users to change car colors, explore exteriors in 360 degrees, and virtually step into the car cockpit.

Additionally, we suggested creating an exclusive Owner Center with login capabilities for service bookings, viewing service history and status, and online payment options.

The design elements that represent the user experience for the tools in this section had to be very straight forward, keeping in mind the usage by different user age segments on different device sizes. From booking maintenance services to viewing service history and status, and even enabling online payments – all designed to simplify the ownership experience, and be accessible through every device size.

The revamped Lexus website became a dynamic hub, where new sales and test drive requests increased tremendously.

The interactive features redefine user exploration, and the Owner Center streamlined the company's operations. The constant animation and video content contributed to captivate the amazing journey of owning a Lexus and increasingly more upper class customers in the region became curious about the brand.
