Bank of Beirut sought to enhance its online presence through a professional website that caters to all visitors and simplifies the user experience.
Our mission was to collaborate with Bank of Beirut to enable visitors to easily find the services or products they are looking for within a few clicks, ensuring accessibility, and providing valuable tools to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
To achieve our goals, we designed various quick accessibility tools and features aimed at streamlining the user experience and providing comprehensive support to visitors.
We designed the interfaces in a way that focuses on products from the homepage by providing access to intuitive tools and calculators that enables users to start applying for loans, and finding products using the homepage popup widgets without leaving the homepage. They can also find the nearest branch, using their device gps directly from the homepage.
To simplify the process of finding the right card, we created a user-friendly comparison tool that helps users identify the most suitable card for their needs and facilitates the application process.
An intuitive menu with search as you type will direct users directly to the right section.
We designed user friendly live support chat functionalities to offer real-time assistance to users, addressing inquiries and providing support whenever needed.
